If you click on the „Contact” button, at www.alidawedding.com, you will find a form called „Call for proposal”.

We offer you this possibility in order to get in touch with us in a comfortable way via our website. Your name and e-mail address will be requested, and we handle these data based on your consent, thus your message does not mean subscription to our newsletter in any event.

How long do we keep these data?

Your message will be sent to our mailbox. If we do not establish business relationship, we will delete your message during our mailbox cleaning activity at least once,in every six months.

How can you withdraw your consent?

You can withdraw your consent by sending a message to alida@alidawedding.com. In this case, we will delete your message within one working day, we do not keep any copies of it, and your name will not be transferred to any other list, containing deleted letters. Our data management before your withdrawal progress is legitimate.

What happens, if you accept our offer?

If you accept our offer, we will keep your original message, hereinafter we will handle your personal data based on contractual basis.

You can send your message to our public e-mail address directly, thus we will learn your name, your e-mail address, and everything what you attach to your message ( e.g.: your occupation, your phone number, your photo next to your signature). Your message will be sent to our mailbox. If we do not establish business relationship, we will delete your message during our mailbox cleaning activity at least once,in every six months.

How can you withdraw your consent?

During your call from our website, we will learn your phone number. Probably we will also know your name. Based on your prior consent, we handle these data in order to call you back and keep in touch easily.

How long do we keep these data?

If we do not establish business relationship, we will not save any phone numbers neither names. Our phone records are deleted by itself, and we keep the incoming, outgoing, and missed calls for only 30 days on the telphone.

How can you withdraw your consent?

You can withdraw your consent by sending a message to alida@alidawedding.com.In this case, we will delete all of calls from the phone records within one working day, we do not keep any copies of them, and your name will not be transferred to any other list, containing deleted phone numbers. Our data management before your withdrawal progress is legitimate.

What happens, if we stay in business relationship?

If it is not a one-time call, but we establish business relationship, we save your phone number to our telephone in order to ensure smooth business cooperation. Hereinafter we will handle your personal data based on contractual basis, you can find further information in the followings.

3.4 Invoicing obligations

What data do we see of you, why we handle these, and based on what?

– Invoices are ususally made in paper format. For the invoices we need the following information: Invoicing name, invoicing address.
– If you need the invoice to be sent via e-mail, we will ask your e-mail address too.
– If you intend to balance the invoice via money bank transfer, the bank statement will contain the name and the bank account number of the person who initiated the transferring process.
As invoicing is our obligation under the law, we will definitely need these data.

How long do we keep these data?

To keep these financial records is required by law, thus we have to keep these data in the year of invoicing plus for eight years.

What happens, if you do not share the data requested?

We will not be able to fulfil our invoicing obligation, thus it will be impossible to provide any services.

3.5 Supply of services – Signature of contract

What data do we see of you, why we handle these, and based on what?

During service providing, we will definitely learn the following personal data: your name, address, and ID number.
Hereinafter we will handle these data based on contractual basis, the aim of this process is to provide the service.

How long do we keep these data?

Keeping the records depends on the content of our contract. We will keep your data for five years after the termination of the contract.

What happens, if you do not share the data requested?

The nature of our service is that we have to know who do we conclude the contract whether oral or in writing. If we do not know the data requested, the deal shall be cancelled, and we delete all of your data from our systems.

3.6 Data management of business and professional partners

We operate with experts from similar work-fields,to ensure the daily work-related tasks. We ask for the assistance of sub-contractors, who we have ever had a contractual cooperation with before. Sometimes, we get in touch with their employees/sub-contractors too.

What data do we handle,why, and based on what?

We handle the name, phone number and e-mail addresses of our partners. The aim of this process is to ensure the daily lifelike work-execution.

How long do we keep these data?

Until the existence of long-term, but periodic business relationship, or until business object, request of withdrawal.

For the legitimate interest

We made a balancing test, and its result is that the management of data acquired like this, does not breach our partners’ private sector. Our partners can review the balancing test, and we ensure their right to business objection. If any of our partners does not want to be called or written to in connection with business-related questions, we delete all of the data. Based on legitimate interest,we process data which were given to us during former cooperations.

3.7 You can find our Facebook profile called ’Alida Wedding Esküvő- és Rendezvényszervezés’

We are a part of social media, thus we have the chance to learn your personal data on these platforms.

What data do we handle,why, and based on what?

If you like our Facebook page, we will see not only your name, but your public profile, public shares, your comments based on your prior consent. The aim of operating on this platform is to advertise our services, share references and information, and publish our news. Sometimes, we highlight each post on our Facebook page, which means, that these are paid advertisements in order to reach more people. In these cases, we will see not only your name, but your public profile, public shares, your comments based on your prior consent as well.

How long do we keep these data?

We do not keep these data records, the direction is in your hands. It is your chocie, whether you like our page, or leave any comments on our posts. Your name can be seen among the others who liked our page, until you unlike our page, or until we terminate its operation.We have the right to moderate panel discussions,we have the possibility to ban people and delete their comments from our page. It has never happened before, and it only can happen in the case of malignant posts, or if the post is incompatible with the spirituality of our company/services.

How can you withdraw your consent?

Click on the „Unlike this page/Unfollow” button! You can delete your public shares and comments anytime. Our data management before your withdrawal progress is legitimate.

3.8 We have a closed Facebook gourp called ’ Esküvőszervező Műhely Szakmai Csoport’ and ‘Esküvőszervező Műhely VIP Csoport’

If you plan your wedding from abroad, you have the possibility to join our Facebook group, for which we are administrators.

What data do we handle,why, and based on what?

If you join to the group, we will see your name, public profile and comments based on your prior consent. The aim of the group, and thus the aim of our data management is providing assistance to those, who plan their weddings from abroad, sharing experiences with other members of the group, with the absence of the public.

How long do we keep these data?

Until you leave the group, or until it operates.

How can you withdraw your consent?

Leave the group! You can delete your comments anytime. If there are comments remained after your left, we delete them immeadiately as a result of your request. Our data management before your withdrawal progress is legitimate.

3.9 Disclosure of photos and videos on our social media sites

We often post photos and videos of happy couples, satisfied clients via our social media platforms and our YouTube channel.

What data do we handle,why, and based on what?

Photos of recognizable natural persons are personal data. To post these photos is only possible, if you give your consent. Your consent will be requested in written, and we have already prepaired a declaration and a mini- information sheet, which are annexes of our contract. We would like to share these photos to the broader audience, because we are proud of our work, and we would like to show others what results can be achieved with our cooperation.

How long do we keep these data?

Until you withdraw your consent.

How can you withdraw your consent?

You can withdraw your consent anytime by sending a message to alida@alidawedding.com. In this case, we will delete all of the posted photos, videos from our social media platforms and YouTube channel. Our data management before your withdrawal progress is legitimate.

3.10 Managing cookies

Cookies are small files which are generated when you visit a website. Cookies have several functions. They gain information, remember the visitor’s individual settings and ease the use of the website for the users.

You should be aware of the fact, that our website is connected to our two social media pages (you can go to our Facebook and Instagram pages, you can share our Facebook posts) These sites also put cookies on your computer, like those which collect personal data from you. We do not know these data, and we can not see them. If you do not want social sites to put cookies on your computer, please disable this possibility in your browser.
Nowadays, it is really easy to disable cookies in your browser.Click on the padlock next to our website’s name in Google Chrome. There will be a scrolling banner, where you will see an icon similar to a tea-cookie. If you open this cookie, you will be able to follow-up, which site puts, and what kind of cookie on your computer, and you can took them out one-by-one.
Fortunately, our website operates well on mobile phones too. If you read our articles , services on mobile, you will also be able to took the cookies out one-by-one, for exapmle in Safari operational system, click on ’Settings’, and ’Block all cookies”.

3.11 We do not do any other marketing-related activity on our website

Our website is not connected to any other systems, and we did not embed any tracking codes in it. You have the possibility to share our posts through our Facebook page, it is your own decision. Please notice, that in these cases, we do not know who else shared our post, and thus the Social Media Platfom’s (Facebook’s) data management policy comes into force.

Access to the invoices billed to natural persons, and other accounting documents. We also concluded a data processing contract with them. Except the registration of the invoices, and tax decleration, they do not execute other data processing activity.

5. Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU (to third countries) or to international organizations.

6. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to the followings during the whole period of data processing:

a) Right to acces by the data subject

You have the right to ask for feedback whether your personal data is being processed , and where that is the case,we inform you why do we handle these data, what kinds of data do we handle, to who we may transfer them, how long do we keep them, and what other rights do we ensure to you, eg.: where can you complain, etc.

b) Right to rectification

If we meet innacurate data (name, phone number, e-mail address, or any other data) you have the right to have inclompete personal data completed. If we transfer your data to other parties, we will let them know to complete or correct the innacurate records too.

c) Right to erasure (’right to be forgotten’)

If you withdraw your consent, or the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; we delete all of your personal data without undue delay.We also delete data which have been unlawfully processed. As we have written before, you have the right to object to our data management based on legitimate interests. The end of it will be deleting all data without any questions. If you review our page and share an opinion about us with your own name, or we share a photo of our collaboration, but later you decide to use your right to erasure, we will do everything what we can to ensure this to you.

d) Right to restriction of processing

If you think, that the data processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead. It may happen, that we would like to erase a data, but you need it (e.g.: legal procedures)In these cases, you can ask us not delete, but the data should be restricted. If it happens, we can only keep the data.

e) Right to object

You have the right to object to the management of your personal data, if our process is based on legitimate interests. It only can happen in connection with the contact data of our business partners, we do not apply this legal base to other activities.

f) Right to data portability

You have the right to ask for your automated, widely used, typed,formatted data to be sent to you or any other data controller.You only have this right in the case, if the legal basis of our data management is a consent or a contract. In this case, we are happy to give these data to you, or to any other data controller.

g) Automated individual decision-making, including profiling

We do not pursue any activites which based on automated individual decision-making, thus it does not cover our Client portfolio.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not pursue any activites which based on automated decision-making.

Appropriate security

While establishing our security system, we took into consideration the scientific developments, the characteristic, the scope, and circumstance of data management, and the risks may taken on the natural persons rights. The security of our website and hosting is secured by our constant IT partner.

9. Other provisions

Our policy comes into force on 25, May, 2018, and will be reviewed, if new detailed regulations and directions will be known whereby the policy should be modified. We will also review the content of our policy, if the area of our activities change, or if we introduce new marketing tools.
